Latest Updated:09/06/2013

Question:

Could the double-precision real type (64-bit integer) be handled by the RL78/78K0R compiler?

Answer:

No. The RL78/78K0R compiler does not support double precision. Single-precision real type (32-bit integer) is supported.

Note that double type data is handled as 32-bit data.
