After the RI600V4 was updated from V1.02.00 to V1.04.00, issuing a service-call runs out of control

Last Updated:05/31/2017

Question:

After the RI600V4 was updated from V1.02.00 to V1.04.00, issuing a service-call runs out of control.

Answer:

When a project generated by the CS+ contains two or more build modes such as for debug and release, clean-up/rebuild the project in all the build modes after updating the RI600V4.
Alternatively, delete all files in all the folders that have the same name as the build mode such as DefaultBuild generated under the project folder.

If an old generated file remains, an old table jump method may be built as the calling method of service calls.
In this case, issuing a service-call runs out of control.

Note: To change build modes in the CS+, select [Build Mode Settings...] from the [Build] menu.
Note: Refer to the following sections in the Release Note.
  “8.1.10 Cautions about building application”
“(1) Multiple build modes” in “9.2.1 Realtime OS Build Tool Plug-in”
