Question:

What does "+4KB" mean when "xxKB+4KB" is used for ROM capacity in the Flash memory version?

Answer:

It refers to a data area. This data area can be used for placing table data or for writing a value serially, as in EEPROM. It is also possible to place and run programs.
Because +4KB Flash area is located in the near area, high speed memory access is possible.
