Is there a chance that interrupt request becomes 1 if change using INT?

Latest Updated:06/11/2012

Question:

When the interrupt priority level select bit and polarity select bit are changed when using INT interrupts, is there a possibilty that the interrupt request bit becomes "1"?

Answer:

The interrupt request bit does not become "1" when the interrupt priority level select bit is changed. However, there is a possibility it may become "1" when the polarity select bit is changed. Therefore, when the polarity select bit is changed, you need to clear the interrupt request bit to "0".
